By using PubKick Football Bingo, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be old enough to use the app under the laws of your country. The app is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age required in your country, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
You may need an account to use some features. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity on your account.
The app lets users select match moments, build boards, join challenges, appear on leaderboards and share results. Scores and boards are for entertainment and social engagement only.
Boards, scores, leaderboards, badges and result cards have no cash value. PubKick does not offer real-money gambling, betting, lotteries, cash prizes or financial rewards.
If you create a username, join a group, appear on a leaderboard, send content, share result cards or interact with other users, you must not:
Users can report offensive content, usernames, groups or abusive behaviour in the app or by contacting support@pubkick.com. Where user-to-user interaction exists, users must be able to block abusive users.
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts or terminate accounts if we believe these Terms or our Community Guidelines have been breached. We may also act to protect users, partners, venues or the integrity of the service.
Do not attempt to manipulate boards, scores, challenges, leaderboards, referral links or app systems. We may investigate suspicious activity and take action to protect the service.
Some features may be connected to pubs, creators, hosts, sponsors or live matchday events. These experiences remain free-to-play unless clearly stated otherwise. Venue or sponsor branding does not create gambling, betting or prize rights.
The app may use third-party services and sports data providers. Live sports data may be delayed, corrected or unavailable. We do not guarantee that all match events will be captured perfectly in real time.
The app, design, software, brand, logos, boards, mechanics and related content belong to PubKick or its licensors. Users may not copy, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the service without permission.
Users can initiate account deletion inside the app from Account Settings > Delete Account. Users can also request deletion through our public deletion page. Deletion is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We may update these Terms from time to time.
