How we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use PubKick Football Bingo. Written in plain language, with no hidden tricks.
PubKick Football Bingo is a free-to-play live football entertainment app. Users do not stake money, deposit funds or win monetary prizes. The app lets users select football match moments, build a 4×4 board, join challenges, appear on leaderboards and share results.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what rights users have.
This application is not a gambling product. No real money is involved. No monetary prizes are offered. Users do not deposit funds, stake money or cash out winnings.
Depending on which features are enabled, we may collect:
We do not intentionally collect payment card data, bank details, gambling data or real-money betting activity.

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
We may use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, customer support, sports data and content moderation tooling. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.
We may share aggregated, non-identifying venue or campaign statistics with pubs, creators, sponsors and partners. We do not sell personal data.
The final app privacy disclosures must match the actual SDKs used in the production build. Before submission, PubKick audits all SDKs and backend providers, including any analytics, crash reporting, authentication, push notification, sports data and customer support tools.
If users can create usernames, join groups, appear on leaderboards, challenge other users, use profile features, send messages or share content, we may process reports, moderation evidence and block records to keep the app safe.
Users can report abuse through the app or by contacting support. Users can block other users where interactive features make this necessary. See our Community Guidelines for details.
Users can initiate account deletion in the app from Account Settings > Delete Account. Users can also request deletion through our public account deletion page or by emailing support@pubkick.com.
Deleting an account means we delete or anonymise personal data associated with the account unless we need to retain limited information for legal, security, fraud prevention or dispute-resolution reasons. Temporary deactivation is not account deletion.
