Community Guidelines

01Purpose

PubKick Football Bingo is built for live football entertainment, social matchday participation and friendly competition. The app should feel safe, respectful and easy to use.

02Core rules

Users must not use PubKick to:

• harass, threaten, bully or shame other users;
• impersonate other people or brands;
• spam, flood or manipulate results;
• discriminate based on race, gender, religion, sexuality, nationality or disability;
• post sexual content;
• promote violence or hate speech;
• encourage illegal activity.

03User-generated content and social features

The following may be considered user-generated or user-facing content depending on implementation:

• usernames;
• display names;
• profile images, if enabled;
• group or challenge names, if editable;
• leaderboard entries;
• result card captions, if editable;
• chat or comments, if enabled;
• creator-host pages or shared challenge links.

04Reporting

Users must be able to report offensive content, usernames, groups, profiles, chat messages or abusive behaviour from inside the app where that content appears. Users can also report by email to support@pubkick.com.

05Blocking

Where user-to-user interaction exists, users can block abusive users. Blocking prevents direct interaction and reduces visibility of the blocked user’s content where practical.

06Moderation

PubKick may take any of the following actions when users breach these Guidelines:

• remove content;
• rename groups;
• remove usernames;
• hide leaderboard entries;
• disable sharing;
• suspend accounts;
• terminate accounts.

07Response process

Reports are reviewed in a timely manner. Urgent safety issues, threats or illegal content are prioritised. PubKick keeps internal records of reports and actions for audit purposes.

08Minimum pre-submission product requirements

Before App Store or Google Play submission, PubKick confirms:

• Report button exists wherever user-facing content or social interaction exists.
• Block user exists wherever user-to-user interaction exists.
• Support email is published and monitored.
• Terms of Use reference moderation, reporting and blocking.
• App Review notes explain where these features are located.
